Timna Comedi is an Israeli born South American singer, composer and improviser. Her music crosses borders in an original multicultural sound ignited by experiences lived in every country she has lived in since childhood: Brazil, Argentina, New York, Israel and Canada.
After launching two albums and touring Europe with her former duo project, Timna launched her first solo album in New York in 2019, titled "I, Yo, Eu” produced by legendary Jair Oliveira and MundosMusic Label. During the pandemic she returned to the mountains of the north of Argentina and there created and produced ORI, an introspective album full of mystical, eclectic sounds that mix her Middle Eastern roots with her family's South American folklore.
Timna's powerful compositions talk about female empowerment through personal stories based on her own journey across different languages, exquisite harmonies and adventurous melodies.
