Timo Schniering moves between the elegance of classical music and the freedom of pop, creating a sound that feels both timeless and new.
Growing up in Mainz, Germany, he spends hours as a kid composing orchestral pieces on his mother’s old notation software.
At sixteen, he persuades his parents to help him start his own record label and music publishing company. Instead of following the usual teenage path, he launches his first business in soundtrack and orchestral music. Many of his early songs are written late at night, capturing friendships, losses, insecurities, and dreams.
In 2020, Timo steps onto the stage as an artist himself, blending his classical roots with modern international pop to shape his own style: Cinematic Pop.
His 2022 album Memories opens a deeply personal chapter, sharing experiences with bullying, depression, and the loss of loved ones. His music encourages listeners to embrace their scars and find strength in vulnerability.
In 2023, Timo tours for the first time, performing at major Pride events in Cologne and Munich for thousands of people. His songs become anthems for staying true to yourself and refusing to hide your story.
Right now, he’s working on his next album, set to release in 2026 — staying true to his mission: making music that’s honest, powerful, and deeply connecting.
