LA-based duo TiRon & Ayomari released their first album “A Sucker For Pumps” in 2011. It’s a concept album about women, men, relationships, love, and everything in between. With features from Thundercat, Anderson .Paak, SiR, and Jeremih, it became one of the standout albums of the blog era. And was praised by such notable outlets as Complex, RapGenius, XXL, LA Weekly, and by fans worldwide.
TiRon & Ayomari followed up their acclaimed debut with 2015’s “The Great New Wonderful,” displaying considerable growth and a new experimental sound. In 2017, the duo continued to push creative boundaries with “WET: The Wonderful Ego Trip,” a counterpart to The Great New Wonderful — both explore the positive and negative sides of the human ego.
Between 2017 and 2023, they released a handful of successful singles, while developing the sonic landscape of their fourth full-length album, “The Adventures of TiRon & Ayomari.” The duo forges ahead, stepping outside of their usual concept-driven approach to explore new musical territory. It’s completely different, yet distinctly T&A.
Features include Patrick Watson, The Potash Twins, Yummy Bingham, Homeboy Sandman, Captain Is Cool, Skye Louise, Jimetta Rose, Hollis, Blu, Trey Graves, emawk, and Nonchalant Savant, with production from Go Ronnie, Holly, and Trox.
