Burns Twins, Eddie and I.Z., grew up in Chicago, immersed in music and exposed to innovative and accomplished performers from around the world. Their father, Stephen, is an internationally renowned, conductor, trumpet virtuoso, and composer who taught Social Experiment member Nico Segal (formerly known as Donnie Trumpet). The boys honed their technical skills and creative passion through years of disciplined study at the Merit School of Music, and with mentors like Nico and Greg from Chance the Rapper's Social Experiment. Today they are out playing live shows at numerous legendary venues like Metro, House of Blues, and Lollapalooza. Together, they collaborate with countless musicians, producers, and artists from around the city, and have also modeled for local clothing designers Chicago Native and OG brand.
