A folk musician from Ventura / Ojai, California, Hannigan has been a familiar sound in surf films, and surfers turned filmmakers that now traverse the brands and ambassador pieces that are the norm in the new era. Working with Brands such as Patagonia, Yeti, and Rivian, with filmmakers such as The Malloy’s, Scott Ballew, Ben Moon, and Production houses like Farm League and Bimarian Films, Hannigan earned a grammy for sound mixing “Big Easy Express” and has had Brotheryn Studios for more than 20 years, his first recordings of Jack Johnson are now a distant memory on a career that may not have peaked as of yet.
