Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, &#64;Tommypratomo grew up in a neighborhood in South Jakarta. He began singing at an early age and after buying his first saxophone in 2008, his love for music escalated considerably.
Tommy Pratomo recorded and released his first album entitled <a href="spotify:album:1lSHMs94auUHMbYC62dGdT" data-name="TnD">TnD</a> in 2015. In the album, the listener can hear how he exquisitely blends <a href="spotify:playlist:37i9dQZF1DWZrhFFq3bnGV" data-name="Jazz Anak Negeri">Jazz Anak Negeri</a> feel with some raw and rough sound which is his signature sound. It is the sound that made him featured in concerts, tours, albums, movie scorings, TV commercials, etc. He is also a part of a collective called <a href="spotify:artist:3dTx0MCeatvtqmdV7vYecG" data-name="Saxx in the City">Saxx in the City</a> which consists of 3 young and talented saxophonists.
