Coming out of Raleigh, NC, the hip-hop group Troop 41 flew up the charts in late 2010 with their novelty rap single "Do the John Wall." Formed in 2005 by members T-Breezy, Lil Lee, and Lil Inferno, the group was inspired to write the track after watching NBA basketball player John Wall perform the famous dance. Wall had himself by been inspired by the video for rapper <a href="spotify:artist:5PPQbvo6pnFDzura5OQgqQ">Kenzo</a>’s track “Do the Shizz.” ~ David Jeffries
