Turnah is a rising music artist and producer whose sound carries the weight of his story. Born in Southern Kaduna, his life took a sharp turn when his parents were forced to flee due to unrest, finding refuge in the heart of Lagos. There, in the streets of Agege, he was raised by his late grandfather—a man who instilled in him the values of resilience, humility, and strength.
Growing up in Agege, Turnah was surrounded by raw energy, struggle, and street wisdom. It was in this environment—the “human jungle”—that his love for music was born. He began crafting beats and lyrics that reflected the realities around him, giving a voice to the good children of the streets. Kids who, like him, were fighting to rise above their circumstances without losing their souls.
Today, while studying at the Airforce Institute of Technology in Kaduna, Turnah continues to balance academics with his passion for music. His sound is a blend of pain, pride, and purpose—rooted in Agege but reaching far beyond.
Turnah isn’t just an artist. He’s a symbol. He stands tall for every kid from the block with a dream, proving that even in the toughest corners, greatness can be found.
