Orukpe Destiny, popularly known as Jovial Boy, is a talented Nigerian singer and songwriter hailing from Irrua, Edo State. Born on August 8, 2001, to Mr. and Mrs. Innocent Orukpe, he was raised in Ugbokhare before relocating to Lagos State to pursue his musical career.

Early Life and Education

Jovial Boy began his educational journey at Ugbokhare Primary School in Irrua. He later attended Ikekato Secondary School in Eidenu, Irrua, where he completed his secondary education. After finishing school, he moved to Lagos to fully dedicate himself to his passion for music.

Music Career

Jovial Boy officially launched his music career in 2021. He gained prominence in 2022 with the release of his debut EP, Loyalty Over Love, which showcased his unique sound and lyrical talent. Since then, he has been steadily building his reputation as an emerging artist in the Nigerian music scene.
