Hailing from Northeast Mississippi, Tyler Coker’s love for country music runs as deep as his Southern roots. While cutting his teeth on the great patriarchs of country music such as George Strait and Alan Jackson, Coker picked up a guitar as a kid and never looked back. With music that speaks to his experience as a blue collar worker living in a small southern town, Coker’s inspiration comes from the everyday lives of those around him. He tours with his band “The Night Shift”, rocking bars and honky-tonks all over North Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee.
His single “Woke Up And Grew Up” garnered him second place in the 2025 Songwriter Showdown by the Memphis Songwriter’s Association. His latest single "Man that Made Me" is a tribute to his father and all blue collar men that keep the world turning. A full album is in the works to be released in 2026.
