uMaNg (born Umang Khosla) is a dedicated underground hip-hop artist rooted in the golden age of 90s boom-bap. Hailing from Richland, WA, to moving all over the east coast during his childhood. Living in places such as New Jersey, Rhode Island, Maryland, to even spending years in Birmingham, England, to now residing in Salt Lake City, UT. uMaNg blends lyrical finesse with technical prowess, creating vintage-inspired tracks that pay homage to hip-hop's golden era, while pushing the boundaries of lyricism. Signed to Ill Adrenaline Records, uMaNg's discography includes impactful projects like The First Impression LP (2011), Lasting Impressions (2012), The Revisited (2013), and The Black Rose Certificate (2014). Recently, he released Lasting Impressions II: The Impressionable (2023), Not For The Faint of Art (2025), produced by Melvin Junko, and the critically acclaimed Monu-mEnTaL (2025), produced entirely by Swedish producer B.B.Z Darney.
