UNICODE is a talented five-member girl group of JMG(DoubleX Entertainment) that consists only of Japanese members Erin, Mio, Hana, Soo-Ah, and Yura.
Selected through Japan's largest-ever online audition [Project K], their team name is a combination of Unity + Code that means "their music works all over the world like a code that is commonly used in all countries."
From their first debut album, they attracted public attention with their production of Title Go by Jin young from B1A4 and their MV production by Shin dong from Super Junior, and built a fan base with On & Off content hosted on the All the K-pop YouTube channel.
In addition, they successfully made their pre-debut at the NGLA (NEXT GENERATION LIVE ARENA) in Yokohama, proving that they has both the skills and popularity to survive the 5th generation girl group competition.
