After few years of playing together the band decided to stop playing covers and left the old Hungarian songs they wrote behind. A new band with the same members, and with some lineup adjustments have been created: Unmuting Absolution. They changed the genre, the music writing methods. They changed almost everything and started to write in English. The goal was/is to take music more seriously, create some value for other people and show themselves to the world. It required more focus, work and endurance, but they were relentless. After overcoming the first set of problems, solving the first set of tasks, analyzing their possibilities they took the music production, the graphical design in their hands and in 30th December, 2017 they self-released their self-recorded debut album: Web of Fate. The themes on the album became more clear as they spent a lot of time writing and thinking about the vision they had. The lyrics are about our inner struggles, and philosofical questions. The album's cover is based on an old Scandinavian symbol:"Web of Wyrd", in the mythology 3 sister weave the web of wyrd; the web of past, peresent and future, hence the 3 sisters. This theme appears throughout the whole album and in the title song ( Web of Fate ) as well.
The band is based in Hungary and consits of 4 Hungarian members:
Gergő Floszmann - scream
Máté Köteles - guitar
László Erős - bass, clean vocal
Ferenc Erős - drums
