Unnatural Causes

Unnatural Causes was formed near the end of 2017 in Leicester, United Kingdom. The band was formed via an ad posted on the &#39;Band and Gig Society&#39; Facebook page for the University of Leicester (UoL). Since then, the band had spent most of their time jamming and performing gigs in Leicester. The band has performed covers of songs by bands such as &quot;<a href="spotify:artist:2ye2Wgw4gimLv2eAKyk1NB" data-name="Metallica">Metallica</a>&quot;, &quot;<a href="spotify:artist:278ZYwGhdK6QTzE3MFePnP" data-name="Trivium">Trivium</a>&quot;, &quot;<a href="spotify:artist:7iWiAD5LLKyiox2grgfmUT" data-name="Bullet For My Valentine">Bullet For My Valentine</a>&quot;, and &quot;<a href="spotify:artist:0nmQIMXWTXfhgOBdNzhGOs" data-name="Avenged Sevenfold">Avenged Sevenfold</a>&quot; (all of which are their main influences).
As the band kept jamming and practicing, they began writing original material. The first original song they wrote was Break the Chain, which they did a debut live performance of at The Shed (Leicester). They would continue to write more material and perform them at different shows; they would also go on to be one of the supporting acts for Sheffield Band &quot;<a href="spotify:artist:1HDoTk7gInZXAWzQMU8WZe" data-name="Steal The City">Steal The City</a>&quot;.
Unnatural Causes consider themselves to be primarily an Alternative Rock band, though they do draw influences from genres such as Heavy Metal.
