UREAS were formed in 1999 by Peer Johansson and Heidi Johansson, at that time as a married couple.
The style was Pop/Rock, but slowly the style took a turn and became more and more heavy, and now UREAS got their own term of the genre.
Gothic / Metal / Rock / Progressive Metal. UREAS released their first maxi single in 2003 "Barrels of Fun" and in 2006 they released their first album "The Naked Truth".
