After more than a decade of battling with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and a very long journey of soul-searching, v i v finally found the courage and confidence to put themselves out there.

The album tells a sonic story through v i v's mental health struggles in their life, eventually coming to terms with them and turning those complex painful emotions into heartfelt lush delicate melodies and sounds.
