Vava has started her music career since she was 18. In 2016，She participated in a countrywide rap contest “Listen Up” as a rapper and won first place. Won “Best Live Performance” in the music reality show “Sound of My Dream” and soon became a new rising star of Chinese Hiphop.
In 2017, Vava emerged in “The Rap of China” produced by iQiY and won the 4th place of the show.
In 2018, VaVa won the award for “The Best Rap Artist of the year” at the Global Golden Melody Awards and officially became a mainstream artist.
In 2019，VaVa won the award for “The Rapper of the Year" at the Fusion Hip-hop Awards.
