Dark Pop/Rock’s Strongest Newcomer – 19-
year-old Viia, born and bred in Darlington. Viia has just released her debut EP ‘Am I Ready Yet?’ embedded with sensual guitars and sultry vocals. “It’s a five-song punch to the heart; a stirring, dark, emotional rollercoaster that highlights all that is wonderful and unique about this emerging new talent.”
In 2021, Viia released her anthemic debut single ‘Falling’a powerful dark-pop ballad that incorporates classic rock elements with a modern pop twist. 'Falling' was welcomed with open arms and has got her recognised by the likes of Radio 1 and BBC Introducing, with sell out gigs in London.
Following this release of ‘Falling’, came her second single ‘Kill Me How I Like It’ and third single ‘Exit Wound’.
Not only has the release had support from Sony, Apple Music, Platoon and bands such as The Howl & The Hum, Viia has recently signed to Paradigm Talent Agency.
