VIIO is based in Jyväskylä, Finland. He is a multi-instrumentalist and a singer who is known for creating endless amounts of catchy/melodic music.
His road to music started in very young age with 90's electronic music, but his focus shifted to heavier music after finding his first band mates.
After many years of being a guitarist/backup singer in a various bands, VIIO's focus began to shift again. In high school he noticed, that a new wave of music, which was nothing like he had heard before, was becoming popular. VIIO discovered the likes of Skrillex, Zomboy, etc. and listening to their music changed his life forever.
After getting his first DJ controller, VIIO quickly found people who were interested in making events, in which he got to perform first time as a DJ. After few gigs, he knew that doing his own music and getting it played live would be the most amazing thing ever and that’s the road he is still walking.
