Vinzenz was the music tutor of a Polish count before he was invited by <a href="spotify:artist:26ZyKPKcpyFEN0lZTpSqrn">Franz</a> to come to Vienna. While in Vienna he succeeded his brother as the Kapellmeister for the Karntnertor Theatre and became the Kapellmeister in Mannheim (1836). Vinzenz conducted the German Opera School in London in 1842 and was a music teacher at the conservatory in Karlsruhe from 1872 until 1884. ~ Keith Johnson, Rovi
