The V.I.P. (Victory in Praise) Music and Arts Seminar Mass Choir was founded in 1990 by <a href="spotify:artist:3WVgChZY3rEyeHd3aljzNl">John P. Kee</a> to foster fellowship and ministry among gospel songwriters, musicians and choir directors from all over the country.
