Starting at 2018, Vouti released his first four track EP ”Beans” on OKNF Records and started making a name as a producer. Quickly after that he had started working with many big labels in the electronic dance music scene for example Dim Mak, In/Rotation (Insomniac),
Toolroom etc. His sound and style started from ”West coast” style tech house and has evolved to a deep, dark and more minimalistic sound but still keeping no bounderies on experimenting different styles.
Vouti project started when Janne Voutilainen (aka Vouti) began to search his own sound after working on a duo ”Flowjacks” with Santeri Hänninen. Early days with Flowjacks gave Janne his confidence and skills to play clubshows and festivals.
His tracks has gotten a lot of attention from internationally known names as Malaa, Don Diablo, Diplo, Dillon Francis and the list goes on. His release on In/Rotation ”Get Wild” hit #1 on beatport top ten bass house releases list.
Its a project that truly gives Janne a way to show his style and fills his ambition as an artist.
