Wartime was born in the Samhain of 2014 in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. The idea was simple, to pay tribute to the heaviest and densest music that has invaded our minds all these years.
In 2015 With the band complete and putting a great deal of effort and commitment, the first demo was materialized and was released in September 2015 by the labels Savior Records and The Return Records in a luxurious cassette limited to 100 copies which was sold out quickly.
In 2016, the band manages to materialize their first full-length entitled Volume 1, this album was produced in Colombia by the labels Savior Records, Rotten Leather Productions and Necrowolves Records. It was released in a limited 300 Die-Hard copies including patch and sticker, this work had great reception in the Underground world and the edition was sold out quickly. In late 2016, the German label Barbarian Wrath reissues the Volume 1 + Demo in a luxurious edition that was distributed all over the world. In October of that same year the band returned to the studio to record what would become their second Full length "Volume II". The result was a denser and heavier album than its predecessor, the the labels that produced the album were Rotten Leather Prods and Savior Records in Digipack CD, limited to 300 copies. The answer of this new work was very good, the band performed several concerts and the material was distributed throughout Colombia, Peru, Chile, Spain and many other countries.
