Washing Machina, the Stockholm-based band that emerged in the spring of 2021, has been turning heads with their unique sound. Drawing inspiration from influential bands like Foo Fighters, Sonic Youth, The Breeders, Pavement, and Dinosaur Jr., they have skillfully blended catchy pop melodies with avant-garde guitar work to venture into exciting new sonic landscapes.

Following the success of their two EPs, 'Perfect Misfits' and 'Last Bag on the Belt,' Washing Machina released their debut album "The Spontaneous Splendid" through Lovely Records on the 1st of March. The album is a testament to the band’s evolving artistry and innovative spirit.

“Amazing! It’s like the Pixies and the Breeders with a sprinkling of Sonic Youth! Thanks for bringing back the golden years of music” – James Storey
