WEPIANO is a duet of virtuoso pianists, founded in 2022 after graduating from the Moscow Conservatory, when both musicians had already achieved considerable success in their solo careers.
DMITRII & AISA strive to attract a wide audience by creating music that immerses listeners in a state of emotional experience and profound reflection. As De Volkskrant noted, “...to make works by composers like Tchaikovsky more accessible to listeners who weren’t raised on classical music.”
With a solid classical background, they recompose soundtracks and connect them with classical music, creating shows enhanced by light, sound design, and dance. “Under the name WePiano, the couple combines classical music with soundtracks from movies...” - De Volkskrant.
In 2022, after moving to Bali, the pianists founded their duo and quickly made their mark, performing on prominent stages across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Their notable performances include venues such as AULA SIMPHONIA Jakarta, JIEXPO, Ciputra Entrepreneur, Plenary Hall Kuala Lumpur, and The Star Singapore. Young, beautiful, and deeply in love, they are reimagining the piano duo experience for the 21st century.
They have also collaborated with the "Freedballet" team. Through this collaboration, DMITRII and AISA have created numerous arrangements of ballet music and contributed to a special project that merges various forms of stage art into one spectacular show.
