White Star Line are a Manchester-based indie band made up of Tolly Tams (vocals, guitar), Jack Greenwood-Evans (drums, backing vocals), Peyton Hutchinson (guitar), and Monty Tams (bass). With roots stretching across the West Midlands and Hull the four lads have found their sound and spirit in Manchester - a city whose musical legacy runs through their songs.
Their debut single 'Leaving For The Summer' captures everything White Star Line are about - soaring guitars, catchy choruses and a genuine love for the timeless energy of British guitar music. Drawing influence from bands like Oasis, the Stone Roses, The Smiths and The Beatles, they blend the golden age of Britpop and Madchester with a fresh, modern edge.
