Willem ’t Hart (1994) is a multidisciplinary artist born in The Hague (NL) in a musical family. His father Eli 't Hart studied the classical piano and his mother Trea Kuijsten the flute, both graduating from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague.
At age 14, Willem followed his fathers footsteps and started playing the piano. His first teacher Govert van der Kolm guided him to the Conservatory of Utrecht in 2012, where he studied with <a href="spotify:artist:6Cd6ewHCIOpdg3yRyyXFJ7" data-name="Bert Van Den Brink">Bert Van Den Brink</a> playing jazz music. He started a band called Funky Organizers with his brother Bram ’t Hart. They toured venues and festivals around Europe and supported for the Earth Wind and Fire Experience, working with well known Dutch saxophone player <a href="spotify:artist:0tTCacxeoulNNSImxXHA5U" data-name="Hans Dulfer">Hans Dulfer</a>.
In 2014 Willem got scouted by Amsterdam based model agency Max Models which resulted in him working with brands like Prada, Gucci, Dries van Nooten and Raf Simons. Additionally, he did shoots for Vogue, Wallpaper, Dazed, GQ and the New York Times, working with names such as Mario Testino, Willy van der Perre and Coco Capitån.
In 2017 Willem successfully graduated cum laude at the Conservatory of Rotterdam. Currently he is in service for Ableton live and working on his own music, which is a mix of Hiphop, Neosoul and Jazz. Willem released his debut EP <a href="spotify:album:5jQkWDNzsdpBr61ST8kS7G" data-name="Seven Years">Seven Years</a> in 2020, following the successful single releases <a href="spotify:album:67gmbxVMBWTIR6nMulEFjW" data-name="This City Never Sleeps">This City Never Sleeps</a> and <a href="spotify:album:3XgzVwgxlJf2G1WlhgITGB" data-name="Seven Years from Here">Seven Years from Here</a>. The EP was followed by the singles <a href="spotify:album:3bW1GKTZRVNrA0rweCZVz3" data-name="Not That Guy">Not That Guy</a> (featuring <a href="spotify:artist:1mPNT5YwLcCKfjdTwOfSC8" data-name="Kay Slice">Kay Slice</a>) and <a href="spotify:album:0WTDN6lIzlakTCFTdxTuSh" data-name="LIFE">LIFE</a> (featuring <a href="spotify:artist:1dZtTzcPTFBsbmqNohoKUR" data-name="Benjamin Herman">Benjamin Herman</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:7cwht5K3NSTt2pskn5TM9a" data-name="MC JR">MC JR</a>).
