William Preat’s “Eunoia” served as a movement towards mental health awareness (eunoia meaning “beautiful thinking”), but comes across as more. A journey through the soul in search of a mindset more present, more grounded and focused on the things that matter now. Described “colours as audio” with sound fluidly running down the side of the mind, a unique auditory experience that embodies the listener attaching their own meaning to the music they hear. From a past of trauma emerges growth and “The Paradox Computer” is an illustration of that. The solo artist with genres and sounds from all over the world combines this, creating pieces of work conceived with authenticity. As Preat further explores sound in his recent releases as he grows musically, various live orchestral pieces are heard side by side smooth electronic rhymes with "Used".
