Wiser Observer is a cerebral rapper and producer from Windhoek, Namibia. His music encompasses the emotional field of melancholy, melodic and chaotic sonic scopes with lyrical influences such as Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper, Schoolboy Q and Mark Mushiva; another Namibian native.
After highschool Wiser decided to pursue music professionally and went to pursue a BA in Sound Production in South Africa after three years of working odd jobs such as photography and social media for the National Theatre of Namibia. During this period he also would frequently perform at Spoken Word Namibia; an event he used to work the door at for his sister, Oshosheni Hiveluah. He has been self-producing most of his work since then; creating music since 2013.
His music has been described as studious, minimalist, and a great deal littered with self-critique, relationships and vulnerability. Tackling his mental health with self-awareness and pitiless honesty.
He is currently working on new music.
