WombatBeatz came about as a passion project of Dougie Taylor and Josh Joyce. Both of them co-own a Studio called Wombat Recording Studio based out of Lancaster, PA.
Keeping with the Wombat theme, they started producing custom beats for artists and for their Youtube beats channel as WombatBeatz.
Dougie writes most of the lyrics and melodies, while Josh provides the main instrumentation and mix. They work with their best friend Gørdie who provides the main source of vocals, as well as helping to provide instrumentation.
With lofty goals, WombatBeatz desire is to create a new world-wide movement, while showcasing the artists they work with on a regular basis.
