Xetrovoid is a project by award winning composer José Mora-Jiménez, who is active in many fields, from contemporary music to videogame soundtracks.
His work as videogame composer and his love for heavy metal music gave origin to Xetrovoid in 2016. His sound started as a combination of chiptune and synthwave, and slowly started to include more elements from darksynth, thrash metal and EMB, until reaching the sound of his later releases.
In his music, there's a wide range of emotions and moods, from very nostalgic and melodic to dark and heavy, always inspired by cyberpunk imagery and topics.
