YOMBE is a duo consisting of songwriter Cyen and producer Alfredo Maddaluno.
They take their name from an African feminine statue representing fertility and maternity.
Just as two parents, Alfredo and Cyen take care of every single aspect of their project, from the production to the filming of the videos and the records' artwork.
Yombe’s first EP, released on 18th March 2016, was premiered and reviewed on COMPLEX UK.
Throughout the past 2 years they have toured all around Italy and played alongside Mount Kimbie, Sevdaliza, Palms Trax, Phoenix, Little Dragon and many other artists.
Their first album “GOOOD” was released on 24th November 2017 (Carosello Records).
The lead single of the album, "Tonight" was featured on Spotify’s “New Music Friday” playlist in three different countries: Italy, Uk and Turkey.
In autumn 2017 they delivered an exclusive live performance of the song “ A Secret” for Boiler Room Tv.
