Young Koop, a South Central Los Angeles native, best known as founding member of the late 90's hip hop duo Lords of Lyrics (L.O.L.), makers of the classic single "Summer Breeze". Currently a solo artist, in 2017 he released the single "Why I Low Ride", a collaboration with <a href="spotify:artist:6X8WdFjrNhXATMDSs26aCc" data-name="Curren$y">Curren$y</a>. In 2019 "We Gon' Ride" the album was released. As a lowrider, Young Koop founded "We Gon' Ride T.V.", one of the first internet video shows geared toward low riders, enthusiasts and music. He uses his platform to grow his listening audience.
