Yurufuwa Gang are the new trendsetters of Japanese rap. The duo consists of Ryugo Ishida and NENE, who were both solo artists before meeting in Tokyo in 2016 and forming Yurufuwa Gang. Their first music video, "Fu**in' Car" quickly became viral, with support online from artists like Diplo, soon after being reposted by 88 Rising. Their second album “Mars Ice House Ⅱ” was released In July 2018, with strong reception and sold out release parties across Japan. NENE, one half on the duo, is featured on The Chemical Brothers’ “Eve Of Destruction” and Awich's "Poison" as a guest rapper.
