Since their formation in 2011, Zapovid has been one of Canada's hardest-working Ukrainian bands, striving to bring their unique folk-rock sound to international crowds of all ages! The five members that make up the band have a mission to take their energetic music to the limits, not only in Toronto, but everywhere in the world! Wanting to raise the bar set by their debut album; Dity Rodu Kozatskoho; in 2015, followed by their second full-length album; Radiohvyli; in 2019 and the Karpe Diem ; EP in 2021. Now in 2022, Zapovid has a new look with two new members but will continue to bring new music and more energetic Folk-Rock to the masses by incorporating elements of various musical styles and influences.
