Growing up in Bishop Lavis (Nooitgedacht), a suburb just outside of Cape Town, Zoë Zana began her career modelling, dancing and singing her way onto the next project.
Zoë Zana became a South African icon very young. In 2013, she made it all the way to the top 4, as the only female left standing on SA Idols season 9.
SA Idols certainly changed her life and was an overwhelming experience especially due to the instant fame she received. Following which she has worked with Loyiso Bala of Loyiso Music who produced her debut single “Bulletproof” in 2014. The single was playlisted on over 15 radio stations within a month, and hit number 1 on Smile FM.
Over the period 2015–2018, Zoë travelled the world with an international band called “The Soul” collective.
In 2018, Zoë was invited by the SABC3 to be the new presenter on the television show called "Pasella" and made her very first appearance as a presenter on national television. Shortly after she left the country again for another international contract with the band. It was a life changing opportunity for her to perform to the Royal King and his family at his palaces in Rabat and Agadir, in Morocco, and also to be booked as an opening act for Lexi Pantera and the French hit maker DJ Battle.
After great experiences abroad, Zoë is back in South Africa. She has matured and takes over her musical journey, and she has chosen the record label D’versCT to support her ambition.
