Chris Mortier is a Belgian singer song writer, living close to Ghent. He’s a self-taught musician, playing cover music for most of his life. In 2020 however he decided to take his own compositions more seriously and together with Jean Pol Cornelis, producer, he polished 20 - vintage pop rock- songs , he has written over the past years. Chris writes the music, Jean Paul takes the lead when it comes to arrangements. Most of the lyrics are written with co-writer Cassy Ramsey, his American wife.

Their first full CD was released in October 2021. In October 2023 their second CD/LP is coming out . But in between , they released 'Happy Side' already to get the flavor.
