The four-piece alternative rock band Aïcha Cherif is raw guitars, melancholic melodies and wayward songs, from the likes of Trixie Whitley and Nothing But Thieves. In 2016 Aïcha Cherif (solo) won the national final of the Kunstbende competition and went on to accelerate her career. She decided to form a band, with which she took part in the nationwide traveling music festival Popronde in 2017; provided the support for Trixie Whitley, Qeaux Qeaux Joans and Chantal Acda among others; and gave performed at festivals such as Pinkpop, Lowlands, Valkhof Festival, Bruis and Zomerparkfeest. On September 7, Aïcha Cherif released their brand new EP "Point Of No Return".
