Akatakyie

Akatakyie is Ghana’s longest-surviving music group made up of two biological brothers, Ebenezer Kwasi Okyere (King Pharoah) and Prince Kwabena Budu Asamani (Kobby Culture). Being one of Ghana's authentic and foremost Hiplife and Highlife musicians with six albums to their credit since 1999, Akatakyie is poised to serve its fans across the globe with new music.


The group currently works with their own independent record label, called Akatakyie Music, which is managed by their manager, Daniel Quarshie, supported by their road manager, Nana Fosu. Akatakyie is much celebrated by its fan base for their back-to-back hit songs like; Odo Asisi Me, Mingbo, Siesie Oba No ft. Okyeame Kwame, Oheema, Awarepa, Ghana Mbaa, Agoo, Sin Sima, Esi, Odo Esikyire, and many more.
