Alma Naidu is an award-winning singer, composer and lyricist based in Munich, Germany. She was described as 'one of the greatest singers on the German scene' by Süddeutsche Zeitung, the magazine Jazzthing praised her 'delicate, wonderfully clear voice with absolutely perfect intonation' . Naidu was awarded with the the BMW Welt Young Artist Jazz Award, the Kurt Maas Jazz award as well as the Bavarian Prize for Emerging Artists.
On her debut album ALMA she presents her music, which is anchored in singer-songwriter Jazz, and made it into the top 10 of the German jazz charts. Since then, the classical and jazz-trained musician has been touring with her program together with her band throughout Europe and Asia.
Her highly anticipated, self-produced second studio album, REDEFINE, is set to be released on May 23, 2025 on Leopard Records.
