ALMA is one of the most distinctive voices in Bulgaria’s contemporary music scene. Discovered by Romanian producer Monoir, she joined Virginia Records in 2019 and released her debut single “Perfect,” which became a major success in Bulgaria, Poland, Russia, and Greece. Follow-up hits like “Don’t Know,” “Out of Control,” “Be Alright,” and “My Mama Told Me” cemented her status as one of the leading pop performers in Central and Eastern Europe.
With over 75 million views and 50 million streams across platforms, ALMA has earned numerous #1 hits on Bulgaria’s official airplay chart and strong visibility in Poland and Russia. Her songs rotate on MTV Hits, MTV Dance, and VH1.
Beyond performing, ALMA is among the most promising young English-language songwriters in the region. She has taken part in international songwriting camps in Stockholm, Trondheim, Athens, and Sofia, working with JINBYJIN, Cazzi Opeia, Moonshine, Claydee, Monoir, and others.
