Anelda has always been in love with the world of film and television and the joy it brings. The marriage of picture and sound. The beauty of story and music. A South African native, she now lives in Nashville with her husband, their daughter and a moody beagle and writes songs for film and television when she is not working as a sound designer.
With a history in film sound design, combined with a deep love for music, she considers herself lucky to be constantly collaborating with inspiring storytellers, gifted musicians and generally lovely human beings to bring music to the screen.
She is a versatile songwriter, writing in multiple genres. She’s had multiple indie artist cuts and has enjoyed seeing her music on films and television shows on the CW, CBS, Hallmark Channel and Lifetime.
