Turkish top urban music producer Efe Celik a.k.a. Artz, is mostly known with his works with Ezhel and Bugy (three of them form the Turkish urban music powerhouse named KOVL).
With his boom-bap sound combined with reggae, trap and Anatolian sound, he contributed to a lot of artists in Turkey: released Batı Yakası with Anıl Piyancı and DEEV (Deluxe Edition) with Şehinşah in 2016 and then his first solo album İşin Mutfağı in 2017 which includes the infectious hit track Pavyon (feat. Ezhel) and Yan (feat. Şehinşah). Artz produced these albums while he was working at IBM as a software sales manager.
His work at Ezhel’s debut album Müptezhel and the singles onward have created a milestone in Turkish urban music. In 2019, Artz played a major role in the production process of “Lights Out”, album performed by Ezhel & Ufo361 , including the trap bangers like Wir sind Kral and Kapat Işıklarını. In 2020, he was a part of the “Made In Turkey” album performed by Ezhel & Murda including the tracks Anadolu Flex and Duman. Artz showcased his production skills by working with some of Turkey's top pop artists, including Mabel Matiz.
In 2021, Artz achieved a milestone with the release of his producer album with Bugy, “We Survive”, featuring Grammy-nominated artists such as Freddie Gibbs, BEAM and Royce Da 5'9".
Artz is currently working on long-awaited Ezhel album as the executive producer.
