Atlantic Thrills

Known for chaotic live shows, bourbon soaked belligerence, exploding pinatas and psychedelic oatmeal cookies, Atlantic Thrills brand of garage punk oozes with fuzzy psychedelic riffs, raspy reverb drenched vocals, and swampy lo-fi grit. Based out of Providence, RI, U.S.A. Atlantic Thrills spawned in 2010 when long time friends Eric Aguiar (bass/vocals), Dan Tanner (guitar/vocals) and Mark Ferrara (drums) rented out a space in the dilapidated Atlantic Mills building in Olneyville. After some hazy late night sessions, typically ending with the trio stumbling out of the mill as the sun was rising, they had written enough material to begin playing shows and recording demos. During one particular show with now label mates Liquor Store, they were picked up by Almost Ready Records. Shortly after they went on to release their self-titled debut album in early 2014, followed by "Vices" in 2015. Truly a DIY band thru and thru, they do all their own recording, mixing and artwork design, from album covers to merch. Now, a decade since their last release, Atlantic Thrills' newest LP, III will be arriving on June 6.
