Attic Light has been described as "somewhere between Depeche mode and Prince, with [frontman Nathan] Bowman leading the band in a fully energized and stimulating rock style." Since the release and tour of their debut EP, Different Shades of Black, the Kansas City based band has become known for their vigorous and eccentric live performances which have made the band a distinct presence in the Midwest. Their latest release, These Exiled Years, features seven of the band’s favorite tracks recorded both in Nashville with producer Dohse of AGD Entertainment as well as at several Kansas City recording studios, including the hometown inspired dance single “Hot in Kansas City”.
After a hiatus in 2020, Attic Light is writing and recording several singles to be released in the coming year, including "On Your Mind" coming out Oct. 14 2022!
