Bark Bark Disco is a fun, energetic and heartfelt band by the Maltese musician, Ian Schranz.
Schranz first began his career as the drummer of the band Beangrowers, before establishing himself as a solo artist. After just releasing their first demo single, called "Song for the Lovers", Bark Bark Disco was asked to open for the legendary Bonnie 'Prince' Billy.
Since then, the band has toured extensively around Europe, USA and Japan and has collaborated with other artists such as JOON, Stanley Brinks and The Wave Pictures, Johnny Jewel, Andre Herman Dune, The Shh and Jeffrey Lewis among others.
When not working on music, Schranz owns and runs his bar, the legendary Hole in the Wall in his hometown of Sliema, Malta.
