Under the name BEATMÖRTELZ hides a fruitful collaboration of three producers (Acud, emphis, Von Stolzing). The collective was founded in 2012 by Acud and emphis, both grown up in Niedersachsen, Germany. They shared early musical interests, a common source of inspiration at the beginning of hip-hop and the resulting love for repetitive music evolved.
As a Dj-team they played places like the Sisyphos, Ritterbutzke, Arena Club or the Übel & Gefährlich in Hamburg, as well as various festivals like the Fusion or the Distortion Festival in Copenhagen. Until now, music has been released on the labels MUSIK GEWINNT FREUNDE, ELEKTROTRIBE, which was founded by Kollektiv Turmstraße, as well as their home label KELLER.
