Bennie Velez is putting Detroit back by bringing his own style and flavor to his beloved city. His passion for R&B/Pop and that dash of Freestyle flavor will get you up and wanting more.
Like many, Bennie got his start in music in fourth grade choir, where he entered his first talent show in fifth graded singing “All My Life” by KC and Jojo.


Bennie’s album “Back To The Basics” is a definite way to get you up and moving. His song “Bounce” will get you up and on that dance floor. His album “Spanish Tears” is that perfect Freestyle flavor giving his fans the right vibes and sounds for all emotions and situations (produced by Tanassi Koulidis, KennyFreestyle Moulton and DJ TG). His single “Trust Me” helps us to tell that special someone that we are all for them. Be on the lookout for his new album “Love and Pain” coming soon.
Bennie’s album Spanish Tears hit the Billboards on the iTunes charts within the first week of it’s release hitting number 32 in the States, number 48 in Brazil.
Bennie has opened up for Stevie B, Johnny O, Flo-Rida and Nick Cannon just to name a few. His single "Just you and Me" was featured in the film "Betrayed."
