Founded in 2015 the four-piece extreme metal band Black Locvst from Nuremberg, Germany have released their first full-length album "Forest" in 2021.
Marked by lyrical themes like decay and momentariness, Black Locvst combine low-tuned guitars, blasting drums, fretless bass and versatile vocals such as guttural, clean, eerie whispering and ambient throat singing.
Their unique mixture includes characteristics of both death and black metal as well as deathcore-esque breakdowns and haunting clean passages.
