Black Operator delivers raw energy and uncompromising blues-infused garage rock. Their sound is deeply rooted in the tradition of acts like Danko Jones and Eagles of Death Metal, yet always marked by a distinct signature and a refusal to follow trends.
Their 2019 debut album was met with critical acclaim. Singles like the standout track Desolation Blues topped the Dutch Indie Chart and received airplay on several radio stations such as KINK and 3FM. Internationally, the band also captured listeners with their dirty yet irresistibly catchy sound.

After a period of silence and several lineup changes, Black Operator has reinvented themselves. The band worked intensively on new material, refining its style into the gritty, pumping garage rock it embodies today.

Following the success of the track Rolling earlier this year, the brand-new single Revolution drops on October 28, 2025 — a heavy blues stomper and the first taste of a fresh EP set to release in early 2026. Black Operator is back. Sharper and more determined than ever.
